to build confidence within each other, and to stand up for our brothers no matter what the situation.
There is no racism in The Brotherhood.
We respect each others' cultures and beliefs.
We will achive in school and reach our goals.
We are not hypocrites in The Brotherhood.
We will talk about issues in our community and seek to change our negative ways of thinking to positive.
We will gain as much knowledge as we can, because our power is in what we know:

A Leader;
-Shows responsibility for his/her own actions
-Realizes his/her flaws and changes them
-If he/she believe that it is not positive, he is not doing it
-Is open-minded to opinions and constructive criticism
-Is trustworthy
-Helps other to develop the confidence to achieve their goals
-Realize that knowledge is power and continuously pursues it
-Stays humble and does not look at anyone in a condescending manner
-States his/her beliefs and does anything in his/her power to live by them
A Man;
-Takes care of all of his resposibilities.
-A man takes care of his own, and other poeple's problems to the best of his ability.
-Never walks out of a child's life.
-Never beats his wife.
-Is trustworthy, honest and lives by his word.
-Takes a positive direction in his life.
-Teaches his children right form wrong.
And if you can not live with that, then you are not a man.

-Treats other with respect, consideration, and love.
