Things I like...I like drawing, anime, manga, lithography, other various forms of printmaking, knitting, crocheting, watching tv, listening to music, hanging out with friends, getting involved on campus, art, books, theater, French, Japanese, musicals, chinese food, wrist bands, bandanas, love, nature, wings, history and its mystories, the history channel, and the list goes on, and I'm always into something new! What type of gay guy am I? I think these two kinda mesh well together for me:
I'm a Trendy City Faggot! I am better than you. My clothing is better, I am more sophisticated, I smell better, taste better, look better, and feel better. Whats more, I snigger into my macchiato at other faggot stereotypes, because they are all so tragically simple. God why cant I get laid?
What kind of Faggot are you?Let us see... I'd like to meet many different people... I'm like people who are quirky in their own little ways. I always like someone who is willing to be who they are no matter what, but I can understand those who feel to constrained to be who they really are (my heart goes out to all those people). If you're interesting or atleat think you are I'd be interested in meeting you. When it comes to famous people (whom this question often pertainse to) the list would include: Green Day, Clamp, Sutton Foster, Indena Menzel, Jason Mraz, Norah Jones, Johnny Depp, Tim Burton, Tom Hanks, Michelangelo (The Painter and Ninja Turtle), Agatha Christi, M.C. Escher (hopefully all these dead people wouldn't look dead), Naoko Takeuchi, Audrey Tautou (a.k.a. Amélie Poulain), Jen Quick, Becky Cloonan, and several other indi artists, singers, and performers.
I listen to all kinds of music, I don't think that there is a genre I really don't like, but I have a tendency to dislike country music and rap, though I'll listen to it and I actually like some. normally I'm listening to emo, punk/rock, classical, jazz, j-rock, and some pop.
As par the usual I like a lot of differnet things. I like horror movies such as The Ring, The Grudge, Event Horizon, The Others, etc. Drama such as The American President, A League of Their Own, Shawshank Redemption. Comedy like Napoleon Dynomite, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Legally Blond, Hairspray, Rockey Horror. Anime movies like X, Spirited Away, My Neighbor Totoro, Akira (classic!). I even like foreign films such as Amelie, Le Placard, and With a Friend Like Harry. There are so many movies I like that it's impossible to list them all here, but these are just a few.
I like Family Guy, Futurama, Daria, Meet the Barkers, the Golden Girls, Good Eats (Alton Brown you are my hero), Unwrapped, and just about anything on the History Channel. Japanese anime has also a big place in my heart. I like Sailor Moon, Full Metal Alchemist, X/1999, Chobits, Haibane Renmei, Shamanic Princess, Card Captor Sakura (not the stupid American version of Cardcaptors, bleh!), and more.
Currently I'm reading 1984 by George Orwell (I'll let you know what I think). I really liked the book Wicked, by Gregory MaGuire. Agatha Christie is always a big hit for me. Harry Potter is great. Amy Tan's The Joy Luck Club was fantastic. There is also a long list of books I want to read. Mostly I fine I'm drawn to read manga. I'm a big fan of Clamp. As far as I'm concerned anything they do is GOLD! Paradise Kiss, DNAngel, Angel Sanctuary, X-Day, Gravitation, Fake, Digi Charat, Under the Glass Moon, Hot Gimmick, a ton of doujinshi, and the list continues onto infinity....
There are a lot of people I admire. My friends are all heros in my eyes (as cheesy as that is, it's true). Clamp, Sutton Foster, Albrect Durer, Kathe Kolwitz, Egon Schiele, Judy Chicago, Winston Churchill, Albert Einstien (failure turned genius, gives me hope), M. C. Escher, Brian Froud, Michelangelo (the artists and the Ninja Turtle!).
