I'd like to meet:

PROTECT YOURSELF! Everyday we read of women abducted from shopping malls and other public places in the most idyllic communities. In this course, instructors from Pro-Tec Training will teach you how to be alert,aware,and use self defense techniques that work for women of all ages and sizes. You will learn & practice techniques that work! These will include techniques on escape & evade, parking lot scenarios, body language, and flashlight techniques.
PART 2
A continuation of the Protect yourself course that will focus on advanced techniques and reinforcement of the basics. Including; knife defense, ground fighting, advanced fighting.
