I'm Iffat Khan from the beautiful Asian country Bangladesh. I grew up on different parts of this country as my father was an Army Officer. But i spent most of my life in capital city Dhaka.
Generally I am a fun loving girl. 'Fun' has a different meaning in everyone's mind. For me the most greatest thing is to stay home and welcome my friends.
I love watching movies and listening to music. I love pop/rock and most of all orchestra. Film scores by Jerry Goldsmith, Thomas Newman, John Williams, Marco Beltrami, Alan Silvestri and Brad Fiedel are my favorites.
I enjoy watching movies. 'The Shawshank Redemption' and 'The Green Mile' are two of the most amazing movies I've ever seen. Can't decide which among these two is my favorite. My favorites also include 'The Godfather Trilogy','The Terminator Trilogy', 'The Medusa Touch', 'Home Alone'and many more.
My favorite actors/actresses are Denzel Washington, Russell Crowe, Jeremy Brett, Lee Remick, Michelle Pfeiffer,Susan Sarandon, Lisa Kudrow, Julia Roberts, Gillian Anderson and Meryl Streep. I try to watch these actor's movie if I get chances.
I'm a huge sport fanatic. My favorite sports include tennis, vollyball, soccer, water-sports, gymnastics and cricket. I love tennis the most. My favorite tennis players include Marat Safin, Roger Federer,Fernando Gonzalez, Nikolay Davydenko, Svetlana Kuznetsova, Dinara Safina, Maria Sharapova, Justin Henin, Amelie Mauresmo, Elena Dementieva and many more.
I'm not much of a reader and i'm not proud of that. Most of the books i've read were inspired by the films i've watched. I liked 'The Omen' by David Seltzer and also the sequel to it by Joseph Howard. I loved reading Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's 'Sherlock Holmes'. My favorite stories include 'The Speckled Band', 'The Greek Interpreter', 'The Resident Patient', 'The Red-Headed League', 'The Empty House','The Dying Detective' and the novel 'The Hound of the Baskervilles'. To be honest I hate love stories. I think they are such a waste of time. But I liked 'The Painted Veil' by William Somerset Maugham. It's different.
Okay now. Lets come to the thing that is bothering me the most. When you visit my profile and want me as your friend, do send me a message. I don't add everyone. Currently I'm really busy with my studies and career. i'm a high school student now and my goal is to be Journalist. So, wish me luck!!
