YANKEE ROSE tribute to Van Halen & David Lee R

For the past 25 years Elliot has been involved in every aspects of the entertainment industry. Starting as a stagehand, which led him into classes at the LOOSE MOOSE THEATRE in Calgary, where Elliot shined in Improve Comedy. While in the theatre, Elliot was noticed by a local business, and was asked to run and operate Teddy-Bear-Like character promotional robots, using his various different voices. From there a local bar manager noticed and offered Elliot a job as a D.J as well. While working in a local bar, Elliot found himself behind the Mic, spinning, and entertaining the crowd. Catching the Rock-N-Roll bug, Elliot started looking for musicians to form a band of his own. It wasn’t until a friend told Elliot that a band was looking for a front man with ATTITUDE and CARISMA. With the uncanny resemblance to Diamond Dave, Elliot soon found himself belting out the sounds of David Lee Roth in a band called FAIR WARNNING. After the break-up of the band, Elliot found himself hooked on Diamond Dave and decided to pursue a solo career and has been singing like David Lee Roth ever since. On August 14, 2003, Elliot won the Rising Star Competition in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. WORLD TRIBUTE ARTIST CHAMPIONSHIP, Rock-N-Roll category, Tribute to David Lee Roth. Elliot also has a large selection of rock'n'roll music he sings and would like to form a Solid Rock band to show it off. HEY!
