3. if you are voting, you have 6 votes to spare. use them wisely
4. if you enter a pic. you may only enter one pic twice. ex: say you enter this pic: for best negative picture, and then for best feet picture, then you won't be able to enter it for the best flip flop picture contest. get it??
5. NO VOTING UNTIL IT IS THE DATE I POST!!!!! (this will be on the headline)
