Studio AS One started in February 2006. The founders and owners of the studio are two producers - Jaroslaw „Smok†Smak and Mariusz „Activator†Dziurawiec. Both of them are seriously experienced and enjoy highly acclaimed position in music industry. Both of them are also musicians. Smok is a guitarist known for his participation in legendary bands of the Polish indie scene - Post Regiment, Falarek Band and Pesd. He gathered his first experience in music production in Gold Rock Studio of Robert Brylewski. For many years he is one of the most respected producers in Polish independent scene. He is responsible for mix and mastering of dozens albums of Polish and foreign acts, from hip-hop to hardcore, reggae, dub and punk. Activator played bass in bands like Stage Of Unity or Raraborn. He’s been a dub master of Joint Venture Sound System for many years. He worked as FOH sound engineer at hundreds of shows and festivals around the world, travelling on regular basis with such acclaimed artists like Warsaw Village Band, Maleo Reggae Rockers or 12RA3L. He also took part in studio production of mentioned bands’ albums. Activator is responsible for complete recording of Vavamuffin’s debut album. He produced many remixes for home and foreign stars of reggae, dub and world music – from Warsaw Village Band, through Adrian Sherwood, The Rootsman to Zion Train. Some of them were released in 2003 in Poland and France on his album Activator Mario Dziurex - „Remixyâ€. These two producers finally enjoy comfort of common work in well equipped and secluded studio, located in a beautiful point of the Warsaw centre. ------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------- Studio AS One powstalo w lutym 2006 roku. Obaj posiadaja spore doswiadczenie i ugruntowana pozycje na rynku muzycznym. Smok to gitarzysta ongis udzielajacy sie w legendarnych formacjach polskiej sceny niezaleznej – Post Regiment, Falarek Band oraz Pesd. Swoje producenckie szlify zdobywal w Studio Zlota Skala Roberta Brylewskiego. Od lat jest jednym z najbardziej uznanych w Polsce producentow na scenie undergroundowej, odpowiedzialnym za mix i mastering dziesiatek albumow polskich oraz zagranicznych artystow od hip-hop po hardcore, reggae, dub czy punk. Activator gral na gitarze basowej w takich zespolach jak Stage Of Unity czy Raraborn. Od wielu lat jest dub masterem Joint Venture Sound System. Naglasnial setki koncertow oraz festiwali na calym swiecie, regularnie wspolpracujac na tym polu z tak uznanymi artystami jak Kapela Ze Wsi Warszawa, Maleo Reggae Rockers czy 12RA3L. Bral udzial w produkcji plyt tych artystow, odpowiedzialny jest za nagranie debiutanckiego albumu Vavamuffin. Stworzyl wiele remixow dla krajowych oraz zagranicznych tuzow reggae, world music i dub – od KZWW poprzez Adriana Sherwooda i Rootsmana, skonczywszy na Zion Train. Niektore z nich ukazaly sie w 2003 roku w Polsce i we Francji na plycie Activator Mario Dziurex - „Remixyâ€. Dwojka wymienionych producentow posiada wreszcie komfort wspolnej pracy w dobrze wyposazonym i przytulnym studio, mieszczacym sie w dodatku w zacisznym punkcie centrum Warszawy.
