About Me

Well, I guess it's time to update this a bit. I'm still living in Arizona, loving the weather and the people but missing the hell out of my son. I spent the holidays in jail for some warrants that I've had for about 4 years, the reason why I left AZ last time. It was just finally time to take care of them so I can move on to the future. I got out Dec. 31st just in time to start a new life in a new year, so far, it's going well. Trying to find a new job to pretty much complete the transition to a new better me. I'm hoping for a job with Southwest Airlines so I can see my son as often as possible. Wish me luck.
Ryan left this earth on February 26th, 2008 at the age of 27 in Tempe, AZ. Born May 12th, 1980 in Seattle, Ryan grew up in Bellevue attending Chinook Middle School and Bellevue High School. He attended college at Central Washington University and Arizona State University.
Ryan is survived by his parents Genie and Terry, sister Kylee, brother Dustin, "Brother" Uncle Shawn, niece Kavara, nephew Kovey and the absolute love of his life, his son Caiden. Ryan has extensive family and friends from Washington, British Columbia, Ellensburg, Arizona and Florida that are all incredibly important to Ryan and are all deeply saddened by his passing.
Ryan's main occupation in life was to make people have fun. He loved his family, the beach, the sun, mountain-boarding, music, a good party and animals of all types. He couldn't walk past an animal without wanting to take it home. One year, he went to the mall to buy Christmas presents when a dog in a pet store caught his eye. He walked out with no presents because he spent all his money buying the dog. That was the caring, compassionate side of "Ryan being Ryan."
Everything in Ryan's life revolved around music- every experience, every friend, every place he visited had a song. The following lyrics from one of Ryan's favorite songs capture Ryan perfectly:
What are you? I'm just a simple man I like pretty things I'm just a simple man, really I'm just a simple man I like pretty things; I like funny things
Rest in Peace Ryan…….
A celebration of Ryan's life will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue on Sunday, March 9th at 2:00pm. 1717 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, WA 98004.
Flip-flops, shorts and sunglasses are the encouraged attire.
In lieu of flowers, a trust fund is being set up for Ryan's son, Caiden. Please make checks payable to Caiden Tyler Jones. More information will be available at a later date.
.. You scored as Jock. You are the ruler of the school, so to say. You have girls swooning over your muscles and your skilled in most areas of the sports arena. You know how to play a mean game of basketball.
