(1) Must have a minimum MIDDLE CREDIT SCORE OF 720
(2) Must be 21 years of age or older, thats it, the approving bank will tell us the rest.

Series One (1) / MASTER SERIES SMARTCREDIT ONLY INVESTORS:
$20,000.00 @ FIRST DRAW CLOSING (4-6 weeks from Project Submittal);
$10,000.00 @ FOURTH DRAW (6 Months from Project Submittal);
$20,000.00 @ FINAL DRAW (10-12 Months from Project Submittal).
SERIES TWO (2) / BASIC SERIES SMARTCREDIT ONLY INVESTORS:
$15,000.00 @ FIRST DRAW CLOSING (4-6 weeks from Project Submittal);
$8,000.00 @ FOURTH DRAW (6 Months from Project Submittal);
$12,000.00 @ FINAL DRAW (10-12 Months from Project Submittal).
