We have over 35 Development Companies who use our CREDIT INVESTORS for various projects, but the current rates are double the normal rates to keep up with a large Client of ours moving into 5 new city Real Estate Markets.
SMARTCREDIT Cash Flow Investor Disbursements Scale good through November 1, 2006 is as follows:
Series One (1) / MASTER SERIES SMARTCREDIT ONLY INVESTORS:
$20,000.00 @ FIRST DRAW CLOSING (4-6 weeks from Project Submittal);
$10,000.00 @ FOURTH DRAW (6 Months from Project Submittal);
$20,000.00 @ FINAL DRAW (10-12 Months from Project Submittal).
SERIES TWO (2) / BASIC SERIES SMARTCREDIT ONLY INVESTORS:
$15,000.00 @ FIRST DRAW CLOSING (4-6 weeks from Project Submittal);
$8,000.00 @ FOURTH DRAW (6 Months from Project Submittal);
$12,000.00 @ FINAL DRAW (10-12 Months from Project Submittal).
