Ill Informed is a loosely organized group of Hip Hop artists, including Dj's, MC's, Producers, Vocalists, Groups, B-boys / B-girls (Breakdancers), Poppers, Lockers, Graffiti Artists, Fashion designers, and Graphic
Artists, that also acts as a networking & booking service.
Our main purpose is to educate an "ill informed" public on true Hip Hop culture with "ill" information while providing a service to our communities. We also work hard to ensure that the talented Hip Hop artists in this area gain the respect, recognition, and compensation that they deserve. We have joined together as a group to stop the misinterpretation, disinformation, and illrepresentation of our culture. All of our members are encouraged to reach out to the youth in our areas, expose them to POSITIVE Hip Hop, and establish mentorships.
