Back to 1996 when Migu latches on to the musical world as an enthusiastic listener: hardcore techno, German speedcore and The Prodigy's compositions are rumbling from loudspeakers. House TV on the German Viva (latter Berlin House) causes permanent damages: musical works and videos by Plastikman, Daft Punk, Laurent Garnier, Squarepusher, Aphex Twin, LFO, Coldcut, Phoneheads, Air, Eat Static, Roni Size are unforgettable. Around 1999 he buys some of his first vinyls, but regular purchase starts in 2001. Several early techstep/hardstep anthems by Tech Itch and Dylan and some pieces of Audio Couture and Emotif labels become part of his collection.
The acquaintance with the Hungarian ImpulseCreator effects numerous articles, reports and vinyl tips on the biggest Hungarian musical portal handling electronic music. In 2003 he has a say in life of an online radio station called Torespont Radio which is in its infancy. He starts his weekly radio sessions called They Live! representing his and guests mixes in two hours. Numerous inland (Reza, Hell'oh, Dashcraft, Unabomber, Numek, etc) and several foreign (Shroombab, Axis & Trank, Lorcscyric, Antichristus, etc) dj's appear at these shows. With his own party session called Lucidum Intervallum Migu increases the drum'n'bass scene in Budapest.
The friendship of three Hungarian Dj's (Migu, Samulkow and Kozy) forges into the goup called Black Hoe in September, 2004 and the two last Lucidum Intervallum gigs are performed by their common force. Corporated performances and a number of radio shows follow, spinning alongside established acts like Technical Itch, Limewax, The Panacea, Sunchase, Black Sun Empire, Bad Company, Twisted Individual, Lee, Lenny D, The Rapist, Judg'Ann or Pedro Zazn.
By the end of 2005 Black Hoe covers not only a dj group but a label also. On The Freak- and Tech Itch-characterized drum'n'bass' and hardcore-breakcore's boundaries moving netlabel comes into existence with purpose to patronize and present less-known but talented and skilled producers. The works by producers like Mystification, Unabomber, Numek and Dashcraft from Hungary, the Romanian Core Corp, Hemoglobin, Gasmask 71, Reemo, Eye és Noize Punishment from Czech Republic, the Belgian Antichristus, Lorcscyric and Cytech from Germany and the Americal Company Truck were released or have been already signed up. Lots of other talented producers have chance to appear on the label in the future, it is rewaring to follow with attention!
In the beginning of 2006 Migu's and Samulkow's Hungaricum shows starts on CC-Radiostation which presents the Hungarian scene's well- and less-know dj's.
Migu has been spinning since 2001. The more than 1000 vinyls and the innumerable unsigned and not-released-yet dancefloor filler dubs furlough: moving on wide spectrum with depressive amen terrors, funny but sharp breakcore grimaces, industrial techno ferocities, old times emblazoning drumfunk/choppage gems or a bit melting epics. Current favourites on Black Hoe stuffs are music distortions by Dylan and Tech Itch and other artists on their stable, pieces on Renegade Hardware and Barcode, excellent works by Dom & Roland, Gridlok and Hive (and his Violence of course), the old and new by The Panacea and Raiden, most of Paradox and his collaborations with Nucleus or Seba and the madness by Enduser, Venetian Snares, Sickboy or Rotator.
Töréspont Rádió:
The biggest hungarian netradio with 24 hours of broadcasting every genre of electronic music. Founded in 2003.
