â€Beabella presents on stage a cross over between different styles of world music and pop with a little touch of jazz and a Latin mood. The members of the band, as well as the music, have their roots in both South America and Scandinavia.â€Beabella started around 5 years ago after the lead singer/guitarist and composer of the band Natalie Knutzen moved to Stockholm. Originally formed as a jazz musician in her home town Buenos Aires, Natalie decided it was time to experiment with world music. With Marcos Chagallo in violin, Marcelo Pereyra in percussion and Sebastian Berghult in double bass, Beabella has gone creativly from Africa to the American continents and back, always trying to find new horizons for inspiration. Beabella wants to bring quality music to the public with warmth, closeness and joy.Due to the large experience of the band members, with pasts in different bands, projects and tours with different artists, playing on the scenes of Stockholm and elsewhere, Beabella brings the best out of any occasion. The core of Beabella consists in the four members named above, but ocassionally additional musicians join in. Two of them are Liliana Zavala, an extraordinary percussionist from Cordoba, Argentina and Gunnar Thullberg playing the Tres Cubano, both with degrees in cuban music (I.S.A, La Havanna). These six musicians have all been a part of recording the latest tracks, â€Cartoneroâ€, â€Oh, me!†and â€Damn beautifulâ€, planned to be in a coming album. Some places we have played at:Nya casinoteatern, Stockholm
