About Me

Myspace Graphics
Myspace Layouts Hi I'm a friendly person - honest!! Love quite a wide range of music - my tastes are probably more on the alternative side - don't really appreciate really heavy metal though. I enjoy playing keyboards - I have several synths and recently bought a Clavinova so I can brush up on my piano skills which have got a little rusty over the years !! I love walking in the countryside and playing tennis. My son and I play tennis once a week but he's getting a bit too good so I end up losing.I love wine, cheese and bread and wish these didn't have so many calories !! My cooking skills are slighty limited but I do enjoy having a go !!I also love singing and download midi files from the net using them as backing tracks.I also love meeting new people. The scariest moment in my life so far was having a brain tumour in 2002. It wasn't diagnosed for quite some time and I had become quite ill by then. Luckily it was discovered in time and was surgically removed without any permanent damage. I can never be sure it won't happen again but I consider myself extremely fortunate to have survived this ordeal. I have a degree in psychology from UCL and little did I know when I was studying the subject that I would experience so close at hand what it means to have a part of your brain not functioning properly...
