About Me

Obsessed with music and imagery, for 7 years I had the pleasure of creating artwork for the legendary Lab4 and count myself very lucky to have had that opportunity. Currently producing sleeves & labels for Racetrax & Bodyshock with James Moss + my day-to-day design work
Once the work is done, then I really love to party ;o)

My Interests

New experiences. Prolonging pleasure, wherever, whenever and however possible! Graphic design, drawing, painting. Making things (I'm very practically minded and have to always be creating something daily). Driving out in the countryside, music on... My cat and other cats. Growing ferns, and also moss which arrives by accident in my naturally shaded garden, fungi and other architectural plants & trees. Walks in forests. Going out for meals and drinks, art galleries, National Trust stuff, clubbing and going to gigs on the industrial and hard dance scene. Listening to Resonanace FM - It's great and you should all try it sometime - 104.4, or via the web at www.resonancefm.com. Old sitcoms of the '70s :o) The Hammer Horror movies. Comedy (any on TV, film or live). Horror and Sci-fi. Vintage TV and film related toys. All thought provoking films e.g - Donnie Darko, Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind...that kind of thing. Volcanoes! Travel generally. Iceland is my favourite country. Eating out. Eating in. Eating strange new foods. Just eating generally is good :o) Walking (near volcanoes - ok that's enough on the volcano thing). Countryside. Healthy food/nice wine. Clothes. Lounging around at home/or being very active at home working on the house and the garden. Landscapes. Photography. Visiting pubs with friends and having a laugh! LOVE Cinema (who doesn't?) and TV. Radio 4 - ALL OF IT (yes, even woman's hour sometimes... Haha) Trying to DJ at home for fun (I've fairly recently started this so not very good at it). BMX - (I used to ride and do tricks but now it's mainly only in my dreams, I do have 2 bikes but they don't see so much action these days :o)

I'd like to meet:

Weird, fascinating people, with slightly sordid minds Haha :o) Artists, Graphic Designers, Fashion Designers, Musicians, Comedians, Writers - just any creative people. And Botanists, Geologists, Biologists, Volcanologists! :o) Anyone out there into growing mosses and/or fungi? Oh, and ferns too? If you are an expert in any of these items I'd like to hear from you... Anyone who likes electronic music that really excites the mind and body - so think Lab4, Combichrist, Fleshfield, Cenobita, Noisuf-X etc... and DJs like Proteus and Hellraiser... I've followed Industrial and EBM music since 1988. Goldfrapp and Bat For Lashes are superb too, oh and Muse, love them. I like cats and have a tabby at home called Yo-Yo. If you are a Ricky Gervais fan... I like comedy in general. Felix the Cat and Betty Boop cartoons. Hoarders and collectors - they are usually bizarre people and I really like bizarre types!

Music:

Industrial, Goth, Metal, Electro/Electro Pop, Avant Garde/Experimental, Electronica, Hard Dance/NRG//Industrial Dance such as Lab4, Combichrist, Fleshfield, Cenobita, Noisuf-X etc, and DJs like Proteus, Hellraiser.
