Shadow Of The Reaper

Shadow of the reaper is made up of five guys that have one common goal. To change the face of metal in the northern Illinois area and anywhere they can. Started by Matt (Guitar Murphy) Bute and Kevin (Hellhound) Kettner, they came up with a few songs. After a while of jamming them out, they realised there was something missing. Eventually they came to The Jam Space, a small music venue, where they met up with Jamie (Strawberry) Byrd, Dan (Hamburgers) Mozdzien and Billy (Chewky) Marchewka. They all started to jam together and wrote a few more songs. Immediately there was a following that started to form. They went on for about a year before Hellhound moved away to Chicago . About a month after he moved, The Reaper found new drummer Billy (Braveheart) Wallace. They are currently writing new material and playing shows around the area.
