ZHETA

J.L Diaz, aka, Zheta, started to be interested in electronic music around 1996, adding to his already extensive musical interests. In early 2003, he started his journey down the world of 'faders'. He met up with Victor (Hardthor), who influenced his learning process directly, and who introduced him to the world of 'raves'. He started to participate in these gatherings, initially organised by a close-knit group of people, and which gathered a significant public. He started using hard sounds, not entirely well-defined, through a stage where a strong and dark hardtechno vibe could be detected, and progressing all the way to powerful rhythms. He then took part in a project called Limited Edition, a collective that involved music, graffiti and other activities. In 2005, Limited Edition met up with the Oportix collective, composed of seven musically active members in the most extreme sounds then. The rapport was good from the beginning and Krudel was born, a serious notion that involved organising hardcore parties. Zheta keeps on with his evolution towards very hard beats, raising the pitch and achieving a remarkable consistency.
