I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

A SoCal native, I am a musician, singer/songwriter/guitarist. I work in the entertainment industry, which isn't as glamorous as it seems. With over 20 years of songwriting experience I have been giving the public a taste of my unique style of alternative rock. I've spent the last decade playing various songwriter showcases as well as performing at coffee houses and clubs in L.A. and Orange Counties. Recently, my song "The Sun's Not Shining Today" was nominated for Jazz Song of the Year in the Ventura County Music Awards. It is released on the Valentjn CD Wolf's Kiss.

I've seen several sides of the music business, from performer to publicist to stage hand with tour experience and have acquired a broad knowledge of the industry.

I have a company called SpencerGroup Media, an entertainment services firm which includes consultation services, event marketing & PR, as well as record production.

I value honesty, truth, and a willingness to share and understand each other. I like people who say what they mean and mean what they say.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet everyone. In fact, you can meet me, too. If you would like to hire me for your promotions, parties, events, shows, family dinners, concerts, red carpet walks, photo ops, photo shoots, press conferences, grand openings, shopping mall appearances, political debates, keynote speeches, motivational speeches or if you just need to hire me to throw the first pitch out for a major league baseball game, just send me a message via myspace with the words "FOR HIRE" in the subject line, so I know to take it seriously.
