..My free soul was born a cold November night in 1960 in Norway, surrounded by wild nature, high mountains and in walking distance to the sea. I was baptized Anne Grete, after pressure from my eldest brother, who had been born 14 years previous. I have one sister and three brothers, all older than me.
As I grew up I recon I was not a free soul anymore. I was trapped to the body I had been born with, and to rules, demands and duties in the psychical world that showed no remorse to push me to the brink so I could lean the hard reality. However, I suppose this is the reason why we are born into this chaotic world.I have always worked in the health sector, until I took a shift into the alternative. I became an aromatherapist and had a gradually change over to self-employment in 1994. Later that year, on my 35th birthday, a dramatically change turned everything upside down for me and I feared I’d become crazy, mad and insane. Nevertheless, it was an exciting madness!!
I started to channel from my subconsciousness/spirit in writing and drawing and got in contact with my spiritual guide(s).
Drawing became an important part of my daily life and I got obsessed in the strong creative-self-development process that unfolded.I was told by spirit that I should meet my soul partner and I was deadly curious about this man and got them to tell me a few 'facts' about this mysterious 'multi-artistic-genius.' When I actually met him one year later I was stunned to learn that the information I had received about him was true. We were absorbed by love and affection for each other and in our intoxication I sold my flat and we moved to Spain. We had a great ‘holiday-year’ together but no income. We couldn’t survive as artists and had to move. We packed up again, sold our belongings and car and headed for London, in spite of many warnings.It was a hard start and much struggle to make a living and survive but – we did - and have no regrets.
I continue to do what I love to do and what I feel is my 'fate' in this life.
