One hot September day, in the latter part of the twentieth century, my mama said, "Boy, it's your time." I came in to a world of sadness and despair. I said to myself, "Baby, this aint no good! I want to dance! I want to sing! I want to share warmth and happiness to all the world. Little bitty babies to old grandladies! How my gonna do this? I'm just a scared little baby boy!" Just then a strange light came from the sky. One of them flying saucers you see ..rek landed right in front of me! From this wacky contraption, decended "The King". He was seven feet tall. His hair slicked back and black baby! His sequined suit glowed in the night. Rhinestones formed a majestic phoenix on his back! His lip curled as if nuthin' and I mean nuthin' could bother him. He looked down at me and said, "Son, why you so scared? Show the world how to dance and scream. Take em on weird trips and what not. Show 'em how to rock, then give them the shock!" And with that ol' ben foxworth was gone and in his place stood SHOCKABILLY!!! I jumped in a '58 pink caddy and went around the big blue marble like a screamin' demon! I'm itchin' and twitchin' to tell you some of the stories I've heard. Keep an ear out, keep dem peepers open, cuz the Shockabilly has a story for you!!!
