About Me
I'm a fruit cake, Well, let's see I love to read! I'm a freak in the sense that by 7 years old I had read most of the classical books (Shakespare, Verne, Victor Hugo, Emily Brönte, etc..) so by 7 I thought that there had to be something else to life than "uncomplicated" existences such as Oliver Twist right? so I started to read Hermann Hesse, Steppenwolf was like my anthem, there was something about that book that really touched me: the apathy, the conflict that all human beings have, specially when u feel as u r the one experiencing something foreign to somebody else, and makes you feel isolated and I just went down from there another favorite writer of mine is Albert Camus and really got into the existentialism: Nietzsche (of course Jean-Paul Sartre) I felt just like them "Man as the nauseated victim of the absurd orthodoxy of habit" but during this period I got really sad, all the way from 7 to probably 15, and then I ligthened up a little, you know? sometimes when you try to comprehend something that is beyond you is too overwhelming! so then I started a period in my life that I would call it hedonistic and it hadn't stopped ever since! ha-ha!! just kidding it stopped but now and again wants to comeback! So in a super tiny itsy bitsy nutshell that's who I was, what I do now? day to day life? I'm a Consultant Graphic Designer in a city that is called Corona del Mar, there I share my creativity with other people, I design a concept and they follow along, then at night... I transform myself into a seductress! I'm a spokesmodel for a beer and I troll the bars flaunting my assets in the hope that people recalled the product thru me, my father (he used to be a surgeon and retired chief of staff) does not know I work as a spokesmodel and wouldn't approve he thinks the explotation of women as sex objects is a sacrilege and should be avoided at all costs, but is not my faul that I can use that to my advantage, plus my father and I lived in very two different worlds, not only time wise but gender wise, him as man and me as a woman right? ha-ha!! anyways! you could call it they use me and I use them (not men but in general the society). The other book I had read 3 times by 11 years old is the Bible, it has very interesting quotes if you were to dissect it and let's say u were a non-believer still for me is a book worth reading! one of my favorites excerpts is the following: "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen". Of course I have read Karl Marx how could one avoid exploring this statement: "Religion is the opiate of the people" like I said I had read so many things, because I'm open to all ideas but me, I'm a believer..
