About me...I used to work for Myspace. I joined Myspace before it had its first million users. As one of the first tech employees, I played a major role in making the site what it is today. My responsibility was to make the website perform as fast as possible during a time the site was experiencing astronomical growth rates. During my time as the Performance and Scalability Expert and then later as the Performance and Scalability Manager, the website grew from under a million users to over 70 million registered users. Although it had been an incredible experience, I resigned from my position at Myspace to pursue other endeavors.
OK...Back to me.. :).. I like to party, hang out with my friends, work out, visit my family, go skiing, drive fast, play with my pit, eat sushi, work on my house, play hockey, watch movies, listen to music and pretty much just have a good time doing whatever. Most of my time when not at work is spent either working out or sitting in front of my big screen, kicking back, watching TV, playing video games, and working on my laptop (my 64bit laptop 0wnz urz ;)..
Challenging my brain is what drives me. If it is extremely difficult to figure out or accomplish, I want to do it. If a hundred thousand people looked at a problem and couldnt figure it out, I will still try it and if I think I can find a solution, I will work endlessly to try and solve it. I hate failing at something I really want. I try to learn and grow at every opportunity I have.
