I love condiments: Frank's Hot Sauce, Heinz(!) Ketchup, Mustard (not that yellow crap), A1, HP, Relish, Sabrett's hot dog onions in sauce, BBQ Sauce (Cattleman's is a fave), etc. Sometimes I get worried that I'll run out of one kind so I hoard them. Not on purpose, I just buy them every time I shop -- just in case. There are currently 5 bottles of mustard in my cupboard, 4 open bottles of relish and 2 ketchups in my fridge, 2 unopened BBQ sauces, a few varieties of Soy Vei* and a giant bottle of Frank's on deck. I hope it's enough.(*Put a bottle of Soy Vei marinade on a flank steak in a bag or bowl, marinate overnight, grill and slice thin. Amazing!)<
