In the year 1971 Michiel got interrested in vibraton, music.
with his friend he first played vinyl at home on a record player.
jor= , dj bass D, Michel B, Michiel and some other friends from the Netherlands were hosting parties back in 1988.
in 1992 Bass D won the DMC.
Around the millenium michiel started calling himself future service.
FUTURE SERVICE is one of the founders of Q-events and FLITE.
Q-events was founded in 1994
Q-events was a group of friends who started hosting parties on Queensday in Amsterdam ,the Netherlands. The purpose was to host events in order to raise the general party-pleasue with quality sound ,music & atmosphere.
Besides organising and promoting FUTURE SERVICE also plays records and music demo's at parties,afterparties and bars,lounges, restaurants and clubs in The Netherlands.
Besides q-events michiel has helped out Vonk(hed kandi) and Advanced Parties in their starting periods with promotion. getaway cafe, ex porn starr party, monkeyday, radio .5, Cobra Cafe, Vonk(Hedkandi), Sinners in Heaven, de Badkuyp,ESPRIT cafe O&N(Spui), bitterzoet pre opening party O&N, 5th Element Vodka BAR(liveset), Blauwe Theehuis op het dak(vondelpark), hotel arena, splash , ARC, NL Lounge, Discotheek NL(RIP), Diep, Bep, Seymore Likely bar, Supperclub, Stereo Sushi, Twstd, Loos, Vaaghuizen, the fastforward parade, absinthe bar, abraxas, de klos, fifth element bar, luckystrike store, moko and catacombs are some of the locations where he hosted parties, arranged for dj's to perform or played music.

....From the 90's his interests in making music started, resulting in going to an audio engeneering education in 1996. From 2002 on he got more focused on making music than playing it. in mhis vault he has thousands of unreleased music tracks. he is curently preparing for a liveset with another musician, who has great plans for them.

Q-events is de organisatie achter het Royal Open Air Event en FLITE.
Het Royal Open Air Event begon in 1998 in samenwerking met, en voor, de RoXY. Elk jaar waren ongeveer 5000 mensen aanwezig op dit openluchtfeest waarbij op een gegeven moment zelfs mensen dansend bovenop het RoXY gebouw zijn gesignaleerd. In 2001 en 2002 werd het ROAE georganiseerd voor respectivelijk Bep/ Diep/ NL Lounge en Moko op het Amstelveld.
De afgelopen jaren hebben op het Royal Open Air Event een groot aantal
(inter)nationale DJ's gedraaid: Dimitri, Marcello, Sander Kleinenberg, JVM, Richard (Club Risk), Jamie Anderson (NRK, Artform; UK), Angelo, Lee Burridge (UK), Soul Providers (Azuli), Alvredo, Hipp-E (Siesta, NRK) en Nick Harris (NRK).
Q-events is een vriendengroep met als hobby het organiseren van feesten. Niet vanuit een commercieel oogpunt, maar juist vanuit de liefde voor muziek en de partyscene. 13 vrienden, van uiteenlopende achtergrond, die vanaf 1989 met elkaar optrekken. We hebben elkaar leren kennen in en rond de RoXY. Los van het Royal Open Air Event organiseert Q-events gedurende het jaar regelmatig feesten, waaronder FLITE. Tijdens FLITE worden de oudgedienden van de House gekoppeld aan hun stad van herkomst. FLITE Detroit vond plaats in Loos met Kevin Saunderson en FLITE Detroit met Marshall Jefferson.
