It is a glimpse into the lives of celebrities, their handlers, and those searching for a small taste of what it’s like to be Somebody. ************************************************************ ************************************************************ Britt Warner was born and raised in Southern California. She attended Malibu High School alongside the offspring of some of Hollywood’s heaviest hitters and, incidentally, became privy to behaviors and lifestyles that the tabloids have not even begun to touch upon. The Malibu Times recruited her, at age 17, to become the youngest staff reporter on their team and write articles on the “darker” side of privileged life, which she continued to do for two years. Warner's first novel, As Solid As Water, reflects the extensive education she gleaned as a fly on the wall.
