About Me

I'm an opinionated female, and I have a hard time finding people who can accept that. I'm turned off by closed minded people. In this day and age, there is no room for it. I'm sick of the hypocrisy seeping through from our government. I'm tired of trying to live up to this standard, only to realize it's all for nothing. Those that should be leading by example, are the biggest fuck ups of all. Also, this negativity that consumes me is growing very tiresome... maybe that is what people find unacceptable about me.The possibilities are endless for me, yet I remain stagnant. I'm a little bit anti-social, but I'm working on that. Family is important to me. The love and support they give keeps me afloat (literally, cuz I'm currently unemployed, haha). I'm a single mother. My daughter (Angelina) is my # 1 priority... she's 6 years old, and pretty much my best friend in the world. I'm single, but not looking for love. I believe that when the time is right, I will find someone... or he will find me. I'm open minded, and always ready for what life has to throw my way. I'm an honest person, almost to a fault. My conscience will not allow otherwise. Fuck the bullshit! Don't think you're doing me a "favor" by lying. I can handle the truth... even if it hurts. I'm loyal to those I trust, but I don't trust easily. I'm a skeptic, and I'm saddened by the world I live in, still I am optimistic. I LOVE going to concerts! Music is a key to my existence. I listen to it all, but most of the time you'll find me listening to something hard & heavy. I don't/wont/can't dance. I'm a nerd, and often have those 'foot in mouth' moments(doh!). I can laugh at myself without bruising my pride. I love to have a good time, but usually don't allow myself to fully experience the joys of life. I'm a walking contradiction. I battle depression constantly, and I'm not ashamed to expose my flaws. Nobody is perfect, so why pretend to be? ..
