I'm originally from Baton Rouge, La but lived in many places ( New Orleans, Thibodaux, Montclair New Jersey, Staten Island NY) while crafting my style. I started MC'ing at the age of 10, when inspired by the first rap album that I owned. My early influences were Scarface, UGK, and Ice Cube. At the age of 15, I moved to montclair, new jersey and recorded my first track through Take Flight Productions. Reviews of this track on the official Take Flight Mixedtape were mixed. Some liked the track and some thought it was wack. I recorded one more track with fellow rappers (Bummy and Buddah Bless) before moving back down south.In 1999, while attending Nicholls State University, I met Shaboc, Mercury, and Cutta (The Illdren) in a freestyle cipher. A few months later, we preformed in local talent shows to showcase our skills. One year later I dropped a demo that never really surfaced due to the beef I had with my producer at the time.June 28, 2001, my rap days were cut short after I got locked up. I regained my focus a year later when hooking up with Mass Comm to help drop the first of three underground classic mixed tapes........ The rest is history.
