Danny Davis and His Detours is a country/western band from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Danny draws on deep real country roots and believes that pop country can kiss his honky tonk ass.Danny was born in Broken Arrow, OK and raised surrounded by country music. At the age of 3, if not out riding his bicycle, Danny was playing drums, guitar, etc along with all the great C& W artists as their 45's spun on the family record player. Danny became heavily committed to playing country music for a living in his early 20's and has finally settled in with a band he calls "His Detours".
