About Me

Where It All Began...
I got my love of music through listening to early hip hop and indie then this thing called rave came along. I made copies of mix tapes, from hardcore to house and garage and particularly techno - favourites were Colin Dale's Outer Limits, Fantasia, Sterns, Zanies and Golden Hill Fort. Fast forward a few years and I bought my first pair of decks - blue L.A.D.S. with a dial for a pitch control!
Soon a friend who had done all his raving lent me a box of underground house, techno, electro and ambient. Everything from Polygon Windows, Jeff Mills and Trans Europe Express to Luke Slater & Basic Channel (you get the jist). Anyway, from then on I was hooked.
After years of practise and playing house parties I began playing in bars and clubs - including the back room at Livingstones as Repercussion and George Cross, as well other bars around the Island, with a fortnightly residency at Frazers in Newport called Flux with good friends Louis, Tim, Ben, Nathan, John, Andy and Paul (Dotty).
Other club nights included Flux and Tonic in Club K and The Venue in Ryde. I also ran a night at Club K with DJ Kiwi called Rebirth where I was lucky enough to warm up for one of my heros - Kiss FM DJ Dave Mothersole!
Recent News
In January 09 I joined the cream of the IoW music scene on Wight Trash's latest charity fundraising CD: Transitions Vol. 2, supported by Mark King of Level 42 and Jet Harris of The Shadows. I also played a set at the CD launch party. John Cattle of Wight Trash called 'If Eye Can' "one of my favourite tracks on the CD".
April saw 2 nights in underground Lisbon venue Ourico, bringing the finest techno and electronica to the partying elite of Ericeira
