REVIEWS OF FADED'S "THE LAST HOURS":
I "heart" Faded! This band is amazing and their CD is even better. Each one of these songs shows what great musical abilities each member has! You will not regret buying this CD! -Capt. Z
Awesome! Faded knocked my socks off, just kidding, but seriously! -BTP Bambi
Just Keep Getting Better! Faded is the best undiscovered band out there! These guys really have talent and I'm sure they'll end up on the radio world wide soon!!! -Viper0430
Definitely an under priced and under rated album! If you don't like faded then you are probably 30 years old and living with your mom...that's sad dude... -Dayne Train
Awesome Work and Dedication! This album has so much work and dedication put into it. Every song has a unique sound and the lyrics are very meaningful. -Linda Marie
Absolute Awesomesauce! CD is spectacular, I listen to it in the car and my passengers are always complimenting the amazingness. And if you think the CD is amazing (like I do) then listening to them live is also amazing! They're one of the few bands that sound the same live as they do recorded. It's wonderful! I know they're on to great things and I'm anxious to hear what they come out with next! -Princess Doodle
FADED'S BIO
† Faded was formed in 2003 by Josh Benjamin and Seth Bollman. The band, other than Josh and Seth (drums) featured Tony Geidl on lead guitar, Caleb Booth on bass, and Brian Hokanson on turntables. In 2005, the band decided to call it quits because of members moving to different cities (from graduating college or just because). In 2006, Josh was able to find a collection of musicians that had the same influences and drive. Once again, Faded was a band again.
Over the last 6 years, Faded has rocked the Northwest with their distinct writing style and sound that blends genres like classic rock, classical, and hard rock in a way that's never been assembled before. Toward the end of 2007, Faded released its debut full-length album titled "The Last Hours". The album, which took over 6 months to record, was written and recorded by Josh Benjamin. He describes the album as a "journey", 12 tracks that are carefully connected to create "1 long song". Featuring fan favorites such as, “Bleed”, “A Safe Place”, and “Take Me Away”, "The Last Hours" has been selling well in the Northwest and even worldwide, elevating Faded to a new level of success. “The Last Hours” is currently in rotation on Rock 94.5 in Spokane, WA. You can find the album on iTunes, CD Baby, or you can ask for it by leaving the band a message. †
As of June 2009, Faded's new lineup has broken up. Faded fans will probably hear several stories as of why they have broken up, but these reasons should remain between the band. All that will be said on my end is that the band has broken up on unfortunate terms and as of now I don't see Faded in that lineup ever getting back together again.
Faded fans. God Bless.
Josh Benjamin
