1-Oodles of huge bucks that should have been given us give to some organization that sticks a label on us.
2-Something to attract RNs to choose a magnet hospital vs another. Give us a break, there is no competion. What a waste of money. Besides even with the magnet garbage being pushed on us, we all know 2-4 nurses who have left because:

manager touched a patient? Worked after 5pm?
5-Service Excellence is a joke & the lead clown

3-Wages, benefits & bonuses behind the times.
How bout acting Magnet if you want to attract
good nurses, set the rates HIGHER than the
rest.

1-Too much focus on education & advancing away
from the bedside.
