The Green Linnet

The band was formed in 2003 by Graziano Pettinari - 4 string banjo player & Enrico Parco - lead vocal and bodhran player. Later they were joined by Daniele Barone on accordeon & Luca Biolcati on guitar. The Grenn Linnet Irish traditional repertoire is composed by Irish traditional songs (pubs, ballad songs from the end of 18th century up to now), and tunes as reels, gigs and polkas. The name "Green Linnet" was the nick name for Napoleon used by the Irish. Currently the band is formed by Enrico Parco, Graziano Pettinari and Daniele Barone.
