About Me

I was born near the beach. Some of my earliest memories are hiding my little plastic alien men behind a TV in the basement so my little brother Bob wouldn't chew on them, and my mom shining a flashlight against the wall and the two of us saying "Tinkerbell!" I got into art at an early age and it opened all kinds of doors for rejection in society and in school alike. I knew that I hated yuppies as soon as Little Rocky Run came into being and every elitist douche bag in the world swarmed in and muddled up what was left of the hillfolk skirting the metropolitan area of northern Virginia. Other kids thought I was weird. I published my first piece-of-crap book prematurely when I was 22, I think. It was a miserable heap of some unpleasant and foul-smelling substance. I did some band artwork, held a bunch of different jobs to keep up with the family's continuing relocation madness. After too much BS I am now living in VA. My comics can be found in Planet Lovecraft Magazine, and otherwise I am wrapping my fourth official album by my goofball death metal band, Gross. I want to manage Virginia's first subterranean bed and breakfast, built into the side of a mountain. 90% of my past teachers are worthless individuals and aren't worthy of their cheap teaching degrees. Yo!"Hey man it was great seeing you at the con and I absolutely LOVE yer art man! It is awesome in B/w and then I hit your myspace and it's just beautifully fucked up in color!!!!!Your art is about the best I've seen and I do about 8 -10 conventions a summer. It's original, very creative and Intelligent, not to mention, Damn Fun to Look At!!Just wanted to give you some kudos, I think you won't have a problem finding a publisher! If I had more money, hell I'd open a shop to publish your shit!! hee hee. Take care Man!"-Ray Basham "Doin' the Devils Deeds Since 1963"(Creator of "Freaks: An American Family" and star of "Abe's Tomb") I had absolutely nothing to drink.

Vile, bloody grind....

There remains that side to my art that still skates on the edgier side. I'm referring to the stuff that's more reminiscent of the visceral, bright-red carnage of the sort that might seem akin to the g...
