fifty something on the outside, twenty something on the inside, incurably optimistic despite everything. Living in a crumbling house in hull, don't believe what u read/hear about hull, its a great place to live - lots of talented musicians, authors, playwrights and artists, beautiful buildings and green spaces! (tho the state of my house is not helped by The Talks practicing in the attic, showering plaster dust in the rooms below!.....and check this out ...talks on the road.. .... well it makes me laugh!) and watch this.....

I live with 2 brilliant kids, a psycho cat, and, for part of each year, a much loved partner who is currently in the states for more boat fettling! with luck i will be going out to see him in September! :-) Right now, i miss my lovely brother, 26th June is remembered by most of hull as the day the rains and floods came... for me and our family and his friends, its the anniversary of the day Andy left us behind. i love him and i miss him every day.
