My name is Albert A. Brooks. I am an actor and Director. I began my career in Martin Scorese's 1976 classic, Taxi Driver. My movie credits are quite diverse; Taxi Driver, Unfaithfully Yours, I'll Do Anything, Critical Care, Out of Sight, The Muse, The In-Laws and Broadcast News....which I earned an Academy Award nomination. I was born and raised in LA. I studied drama in college before starting my career on television in 1968. I began on the Steve Allen show and and became a regular on The Dean Martin Show. I am married to Kimberly and have two children.
