Wulf Winkelmüller lebt als freischaffender Pianist in Berlin, arbeitet als Musiker wie auch als Komponist, Arrangeur und Instrumentallehrer . Auf dieser Seite werden Projekte und Musik vorgestellt...
Als professioneller Pianist spielt er in zahlreichen Bands und Projekten u.a. zusammen mit dem Schlagzeuger Dirk Erchinger (Jazzkantine), begleitet und arrangiert für mehrere Gospelchöre, war Korrepititor am Deutschen Theater Göttingen für „Die Fledermaus“ und hat an diversen Jazzfestivals teilgenommen.

gut feeling (als Idiom für "Bauchgefühl") – Das Ohr zum Bauch
Wir sind eine junge, neu formierte Jazzperformance Band aus der musikalischen Hauptstadt Deutschlands. Wir spielen unkonventionellen, befreiten Jazz, der sich aller Genres bedient, auf der Suche nach Sound, Energie und Transformation.
Internationale Künstler haben sich der Berliner Gruppe angeschlossen, um improvisierte Musik auf der Bühne zu leben.
Gut feeling hat sich auf eine visuelle Inszenierung spezialisiert, bei der die Bühne zu einer white box wird und die Musiker zur Projektionsfläche. Der Zuhörer erfährt Improvisation über alle Sinne. So bekommt die Performance einen interaktiven Charakter und der Zuhörer erlebt sich als Teilnehmer.
Eine Installation für improvisierte Musik, kein Konzert im üblichen Sinne: Das Ohr zum Bauch.

Influences: gut feeling - jazz performance band
We are a young Jazz-Performance Band called “Gut-Feeling” from Germany’s musical capital Berlin. We play an unconventional Jazz, combining various genres in its search for groove, sound, energy, and transformation. After playing with musicians from all over Europe, our soul is founded in the composition of the band members, celebrating Jazz and Improvisation in Berlin. In the words of Art Pepper, “The Jazz finally becomes dangerous…!”
Currently, we are in the middle of a creative process in preparation for new concerts. We will have a visual artist screening his impressions onto a screen as we play and professional actors “reading” Jazz live on stage. If this comes to your interest, please contact us and we can send you our “fresh material”
Just to get an impression of our ensemble, we would like to inform you, that we have already played together with musicians such as Pee Wee Ellis, Roger Chapman, Benny Grebb, Kenny Martin, Manfred Mann, and as support for various bands at the Roskilde Festival/Denmark, etc.
