Ton Scherpenzeel is commonly known because of his work as keyboardist, composer, producer, arranger and lyricist for Dutch 'prog-art' rockband Kayak, although the majority of his musical output has been and can still be heard (and seen) in Dutch theatres in productions for youth theatre, ballet, musical or cabaret.
