About Me

Jacob Michael has established himself as a versatile axe-slinger/vocalist/songwriter, who is currently ripping up the music scene in Boston, playing with groups like FELONIOUS MAYHEM and GENTLEMEN HALL. Two of Boston premier up and coming bands. Having a long history in music coming from Minneapolis, Jacob came to Boston to attend Berklee College of Music and has since established himself as an original artist.Jacob and his brother Joshua sing and switch off bass and guitar in a Rock & Roll group called THE VINTAGE MINK. The Vintage Mink has just finished recording what will be their second album release. The 10 song album will be available this fall for FREE download from their website. It will kick your ass. You can check them out at www.vintagemink.com.With Blues being one of Jacob's favorite genres, he plays a rootsy style of Rock & Roll that has a fresh sound and a new attitude. Teaming up with SpaceSugar, consisting of Robin Adnan Anders, Bill Bulinski, and Jim Hall, Jacob Michael recorded his first full length CD "State of Mind" in 2004.
