About Me
I am a native Texan (born in Dallas, Feb. 12, 1968), and I have played and recorded with various music projects over the years. Currently, I play drums and/or electronics for these Dallas based bands: MIRROR PEOPLE, The Liquid Sound Company, and Malise. I was a founding member of the Texas DOOM Metal band Last Chapter, and was also the drummer/percussionist for one of Dallas/Ft. Worth's finest Art rock bands, 99 Names Of God, from 2001 to 2007. Absolutely devoted to the art of music, I hope to one day make music for films (Horror films in particular). Besides music, other interests of mine include reading, mythology/spirituality/religion, conspiricies, secret societies, movies/films, stand-up comedy, UFO's, the paranormal, Bigfoot, frogs raining from the sky (Fortean topics), altered states, useless trivia/pop culture. I'm agnostic, and a skeptic, but I do not rule out EVERYTHING. I also have a beautiful daughter. ------ There will be a Liquid Sound Company release in the near future entitled "ACID MUSIC FOR ACID PEOPLE" which will contain archival live recordings, demos, etc., so be prepared for a heroic dose with this album. LAST CHAPTER's "The Living Waters" has been re-issued through BRAINTICKET RECORDS. It features Robert Lowe (from SOLITUDE AETURNUS/CANDLEMASS) on vocals, as well as Bill Pohl (UNDERGROUND RAILROAD's guitar wizard) on synth. It has bonus tracks not included in the original release, a new essay from me about the band, and a couple o' pictures. Get it now from ME, or John Perez, or, BRAINTICKET RECORDS for $10 Stay tuned for more music. Jason Spradlin.
