Me I am a jack of all shitz, I am currently living in Southern Cali I grew up in the NJ/ NYC area for most of my life. I am a part time MMA coach and I also train myself in MMA Los Angeles 4 times a week when I am not injured (getting old). I have a background in Muay Thai, Judo, and Wrestling. I also volunteer as a self defense instructor along with some members of the LA County Sheriffs Dept to teach former victims about crime awareness and to defended themselves. I enjoy kicking it with my family and my little boy. Kids do change your life without him I probably be not at home as much and not spending time with the family. I also hold MMA/ Grappling sessions at our family dojo every 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month, we get some very interesting people who come on over lol. We do get some future stars who come over and dominate the sessions sometimes. I also perform in Los Angeles area as a percussionist/ drummer with Gary King.
