About Me

OSFL (Organized.Street.Football.League)
Field- The field is 30 yards long. It has field a goal post at one end. Midfield is at the 15 yd line. All field goals will be attempted at that one field goal post.
Positions- There are two people on each team. Those two people can play any of the 6 positions. QB, RB, WR, K, P, KR.
Gameplay- The games will be held on any day that any two teams are able to meet up (Not necessarily on schedule). This will be determined by this: There are four teams, 12 games, which games will be played in no particular order. in no particular order. Also there are 4 quarters, at 3 minutes per quarter. Challenges can be issued at ANY time during gameplay. Challenges issued will be decided by the head referee whether to have the call stand or overturn the call. Each team has three timeouts which also can be issued at any time.
Defense- The defense has many different options. One is you can choose to have one lineman and one DB. If you choose this the lineman can rush in after a 7 Mississippi count. If the ref feels the player counted to fast or didn’t count at all he can issue a penalty. Also the lineman has one blitz per drive. The other option can be to double cover the receiver. Although to some this may seem like a good choice, it eliminates the option to count in and rush the QB, giving him all the time he needs to make a smart throw..
Offense- The positions are open to any player. The QB can call huddles or call plays from the line. Audibles are also perfectly legal. The QB can run only if the lineman rushes. Other-wise he has to stay behind the line of scrimmage. The receiver is basically self exclamatory. The receiver can not intentionally touch the DB, just as the DB can not touch them. The receiver has to catch the ball with both feet in bounds.
Special teams- On fourth down, you will have the option to punt or if in range kick a field goal. These positions can be played by any of the two team players. On punts on of the players will punt while the other blocks. On a punt the defensive lineman can rush in right away. On a field goal everyone gets off the field but the kicker. Anything can be yelled from the sidelines as long as nothing is thrown or no-one steps on the field. If anyone commits these infractions the field goal is automatically in. A punt is spotted at the spot it went out of bounds. This will be decided by the head ref.
Kickoffs- Kickoffs will be kicked off a tee just as the field goals. Anyone can do this. If a kick is kicked out of bounds it is automatically spotted at the 5 yard line.
Two point conversions- Two point conversions are done by attempting a 15 yard field goal or the option to try to throw a full field touch down pass. If the defender has not used his blitz he can rush the QB.
