Raven

The best thing about me when making music is that i'm not limited to just one or two styles of music. The music I play: HipHop, Acid Jazz, R&B, Reggae, DownTempo, New Age, Drum n Bass, Dance Music of all styles, videogame style music (i.e. RPG's, Fighting, Space and Adventure) and movie scores.
I take a lot of my influences of music from the likes of: Roy Ayers, James Mason, Quincy Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Dr. Dre, RZA, Jamiroquai, Portishead, DJ Quik, LTJ Bukem and of course Myself.
I've been playing the piano since the age of 5 and been in the music business since 1991. A lot of people have told me that I was blessed with the gift of making music and not talent.
That mean a lot to me hearing the positive reaction from people. I have done a lot of music for many people and performers that have not been released or credited, but I'm just glad to have worked on the many projects that i have. And yes I'm the same Raven with the Eggs & Kegs Radio Show.
Planet 13 is the long awaited debut CD from Raven. With songs already in underground clubs worldwide, this will mark the first major release from Raven with all original Drum n bass music. The proper catagory for this CD would be intelligent Drum n Bass music and will drift you away to another world. This 11 track + Bonus song CD will have a mixture of Drum n bass and vibey housemusic.
