Groove Cutter is the solo project from the driving force behind Groovecutters who has already enjoyed top 40 chart success and heavy radio support from Radio 1 (Jules & Dave Pearce), Kiss (Steve Smart), Galaxy (Andi Durrant), Capital (Justin Wilkes) etc.. and remixed for Data, Hed Kandi, Virgin...
Having secured a monthly Saturday night, main room, residency at Pacha London and a monthly Saturday main room residency @ Zap in Brighton, alongside being a resident for Dirty @ Glam (Marbella), Positiva Calling @ The Cross (London), and Peach @ Heaven (London). All that in addition to regular guest bookings at clubs in London: Egg, Sin, Area (Gatecrasher) and all over the UK make sure that Groove Cutter has his diary full and should be playing a club near you soon!
New original productions are now being delivered. Watch this space for full info on the new tracks. Groove Cutter has hooked up with a number of excellent established singer/songwriters including Alexander Perls (Ian Carey, David Guetta, DJ Jose, ATB...), Nicole Tyler (Milk & Sugar, Thomas Gold, Criss Ortega), Lucky 15 etc... and is now in the studio producing some heavyweight house tracks. These will be coming out on the new label from Groove Cutter - 'Cut A Groove' (unless signed beforehand), which will have its launch party at Pacha London on Sat 10th Feb! Then Cut A Groove will host a night every other month at Pacha to showcase the latest offerings from the label and get associated DJs & Producers down to play and have a massive PARTY!!
The first two original tracks from Groove Cutter have been signed by Antoine Clamaran. Suspicion and My Shooter have been sheduled for a May/June release in France on one of Poole Music's labels, who have put out tracks by the likes of Axwell, Ingrosso, Prydz, Stonebridge, Gadjo etc....Definately ones to look out for...
When Groove Cutter isnt DJing or producing in the studio, he can be found hanging around in his record shop (Cut A Groove - www.cutagroove.com) in north London, where you can find the hottest house releases delivered fresh daily!! Welcome to one of the hardest working men in dance music ;)
Groove Cutter hosts a weekly Cut A Groove show on HFM Ibiza 94.4-94.6FM in Ibiza and online @ www.hfmibiza.com (7pm-9pm Spanish time / 6pm-8pm UK Time)
Playlists will be online @ www.cutagroove.com after each show and you will be able to listen again to each show until the next one... Links to the latest show and playlist will be posted here too..
