When she's not writing and arranging songs, she's inspiring, developing and training young voices at a local elementary school.Dalenise is also the founder and executive director of The Sowing Performance Arts Studios, Inc.. The Sowing provides performing arts programs including, musical theater, dance and music to children ages 8-13 who reside in inner-city, underserved communities.
