Out Of Hand

Out of Hand is an intense listening experience. Rick Grant of the Entertaining U writes, "The tightest bar band with a horn player in the region." Their versatility marks Out of Hand as one of few bands that can accommodate most club atmospheres in Northeast Florida. Though the band is still relatively fresh, there are some experienced musicians that came from totally different roots and have played with reputable artists.Energetic singer & saxophonist, JEREMY KING, is the band leader. Jeremy has a stage presence that keeps the stage rockin. His unique forceful sax chops and bluesy, raspy voice make the band have a soulful edge. Also the funky bass wizard, MIKE CHURCH, happens to be the most experienced musician in the band. Mike has played professionally for over 30 years and has done a great deal of time on the road with the old tour band known as TOYS. Mike began doing some fretless work with OOH which broadens the sound and makes for more versatility. Mikes counterpart, accomplished drummer WILLIAM "BILLY" BAKER, gives the whole band more spunk. Billy has a strong knack for grooves and finds the pocket instantly. He's also got plenty of experience on the road and studio drumming for a number of years. MICHEAL CALDERIN, vocalist and guitarist. Michael came from the blues and rock n roll school. Just recently, he did some road time with a country band and developed some pickin chops. Michael has that taste of the soulful south in his sound and a deep voice that compliments Jeremy's higher range. ALEX PINNEX plays tenor sax and has the nickname "Sleepy" because of the sexy smoothness of his style. He's grown into a strong saxophonist and keyboardist. Having two saxophones adds a soulful aspect to OOH. They are incorporated ways that you wouldn't hear in an everyday band. In conclusion, Out of Hand never plays the same show twice.
