Umut YAPGU started his music career in Tempo Radio in 1996 and became Production Manager in 1998. He also played as a Resident Dj at “ Palladium Disco “ in 1997 summer. In 2000, he started to have more performances. In 2001, he had performances at well known clubs, such as; Cantina, Smoke, The Fixx. In 2002, he was Resident DJ of Cambaz Istanbul and in the mean time, he made a cd case full of minimal, electro house labels and as of 2003 he continued to perform at 20.000 capacity Aspat Clubinn as a Resident Dj. Before becoming Resident Dj in “Cece Club “ Antalya, he had his nickname “MagneticX DJâ€. He was a Resident Dj in “Club 20†’s Sundays Party and so he had a chance to work with 8 foreign Djs at “New Year Eve Partyâ€. In 2005, he performed his first productions and continued to make sets with his productions primarily. In Valentine’s Day of 2005, he played “back to back†with Angelo D’Onorio at "Mon A’Mour Party †and while increasing in popularity , in 2006 he met with Cem Kunacaf , established “ Magneticx Pro Team “ and started to work together.
In July of 2006, he became resident DJ of Titos Beach Club Turkey and started to perform at hot beaches, under the name of “Magneticx Pro Teamâ€. In 2007, he became resident dj of “Jet Set Premier Night†after the success of his performance with Edge Rivers from LA and Dj Treib-House from Berlin. Ibiza’s well known “Amnesia World Tourâ€, he became the only Turkish Dj with his name written on the stage with their Resident Djs.
As of 2007, beside his performances, he became the event manager of Royaltown Events and established his own studio. He continues to make productions and performs at “ Groove Lounge Club †as a Resident Dj.LOVEMYFLASH CODE
