About Me
Originally from Italy, Dave Ruberto plays piano since early age and form his first band at 13 y.o. Growing as a music-producer and remixer across Italy and Europe best djs scene, in 1988 he became part of Radio DeeJay and channel Italia 1 shows as a unique music-performer armed with a Roland DJ70 sharing the stage with Jovanotti and the best of European artists. Chosen as the official demonstrator for Roland Europe he also collaborated at the creation of the Sampler Roland DJ70 and GrooveBox .
A continuing collaboration in production and remixing with numerous djs and singers takes Dave to Los Angeles where he base himself in 1992. In L.A., for Columbia , Warner, A&M, and Reprise he remixed artists like CHER, DINA CARROLL, CE CE, PENISTON, BIZARRE INC., MURK, GEORGE DUKE, JAMES BROWN, JONY MITCHELL. And in 1993 , with the remix of THE FOG on Columbia records he hits the number 1 on the dance charts of Billboard Magazine.
In 1997 he produced DJ Spiller with the world success LAGUNA.
In 2004 Davide form a band call Quasistereo and produced songs like Addictions, Accelerator, Sexfiends on ANODYNE RECORDS.
When playing at venues, the blend of a computer, a keyboard and electronic drum pads is what Dave plays with to make a live performance.
In studio, Dave Ruberto still producing and remixing music for labels such as :NRK, SFP, POSITIVA, FOURTWENTY, AZULI, REVOX, PRESSLAB UK.and some others.
