N / V is a 4 piece Rock and Roll band based out of Parkersburg WV. The band has been together for 3+ years, and has played all around the Mid-Ohio Valley. The band is made up of... Jamie Fletcher - Lead Vocals, Bass Guitar, Acoustic Guitar Jeremiah Smith - Lead - Rhythm – Bass - Acoustic Guitars, Vocals Dave Stansberry - Lead – Rhythm - Bass Guitar Paul Thompson - Drums - Acoustic Guitar - Vocals Together theses guys have more than 60 years of rocking experience. The band was formed after a weekend jam session turned into a little too much fun, so off they went. The band started with Jamie, Dave and Paul as founding members. N / V has went thru a few member "adjustments" (just like any other act), and was finally blessed with the addition of Jeremiah Smith, the final building block. N/V’s shows include multiple instrument chages since Dave, Jeremiah, and Jamie ALL take turns playing bass guitar, acoustic guitar and electric guitar. The band plays current cover tunes from bands like Nickleback, Disturbed, Hinder, Stone Sour, and Buckcherry. N /V also covers classic rock from bands like Aerosmith, AC/DC, Van Halen, Ozzy, Kiss, Led Zepplin, and Bon Jovi. The band is currently working on their first original album including “Growin’ Old†and “Cant Stay Hereâ€, scheduled to be released early Fall 2007. N / V plays primarily around the Mid-Ohio Valley, but have been to Columbus, Charleston, Clarksburg and other cities around the Tri-State, soon to be in Mansfield Ohio, Cleveland Ohio, Dayton Ohio, and Myrtle Beach, SC. The band is active in the local area with various charities and benefits, always lending itself to a good cause. N / V's best attribute is the fact that they are just a bunch of music lovers looking to have fun and entertain people. The band has a loyal following that is ALWAYS there, ALWAYS dancing, and ALWAYS looking to get everyone else up and have a good time.
