Emergency crew of station 51

The question is asked was the series filmed with any true firefighters on it? The answer is yes. Actually there was a true firefighter on the staff of station 51. Can you tell me who that was? So often the film crew would go to actual scenes and do real filming. So some scenes on the series of Emergency were actual.Most people only read two or three sentences.
