Whats popin peoples I dont like bullshitin so its like this, I was born in Waterloo, Iowa rased by my moms.I started spittin in like 95 or 96 with my older cuzo Sean he had just move to waterloo from Chicago and showed me tha way and its been a wrap ever sense.I moved from Iowa in 99-2000 to Federal Way kept it tight with my fam didnt really fuck with to many cats and started makin moves with my older bro tha verbal mynd aka J-Bigga doin this music shit. We formed the Ill Oginization wich elevated to tha ILL Official Fam. Me and my peoples Caution doe, Mac Nutt, and mynd started are own prodution company called tha Head Koccaz.........I opened up for Tech N9ne, Spice 1, T-Nutty Nut, Luni Coleone & was also did the Girls Gone Wild event and me and the ILL are officially on Hussein Fatal's Tribute to 2pac -WorldTour -The tour will go to Germany, Australia, UK/Europe & some parts of the USA.. Hussein Fatal from the Outlawz (2pac & the Outlawz) is putting together this tour with his older brother Richard Moes.. The ILL Official Family is also on the Eazy-E (N.W.A.) Tribute MIX-TAPE.... Both this tour & the MIX-TAPE will be in the Hip Hop history books in the next coming years & Cincier is happy to be a part of this history in the making......In the coming years Cincier plans to make history and put the NorthWest on the map... He will accomplish this by being consistent, dedicated & staying focused in the game. By doing this his music will live on for many more years to come and his new way of thinking will be the key to the door for the NorthWest... Email
