About Me

I like microphones and the stuff that goes with them. For example, coffee . I sincerely enjoy discussing all things audio and I joined MySpace to share ideas.

I finally had a chance to build a mic array designed by Michael Williams: the Multi-Format Array. Here's his diagram.

I took this pic up close at home with only two mics plugged in. All five of the mics on top are Schoeps Colette series cardioids. The two black mics hanging underneath are a separate array that mimic the LR pair in the top array, but using B&K 4011s.

My Interests

Professional audio, MUSIC, cartoons, a national standard for minimum straw diameter at restaraunts serving shakes/slushees, Stuff White People Like , home grown tomatoes, and coffee...

I'd like to meet:

These guys

I like the relationships.
Each character has his own story.

The puppy is a bit too much,
but you have to overlook that.

The way he's holding her,
it's almost... filthy.

He's about to kiss her
and she's pulling away...

The way his leg is smashed up against her...

Look how he's painted the blouse,
sort of translucent,

you can make out her breast,
and it's sort of touching him...

It's really pretty torrid,
don't you think?

And of course you have the onlookers
peeking out like they're all shocked.

They wish.

I must admit, when I see a painting
like this, I get emotionally...

Erect.
